We may be down BUT the team is killing it! What an inspiration it is to see how hard and how fast our team put together an online training session while we were put on temporary lockdown. Tuesday morning, we were told to close the gym until Nov 28th. By Thursday the team moved over to Zoom classes to keep the momentum going! Over a week they will have completed approximately 50 Zoom classes through the different programs ?

We have learned so much over these last months but one key lesson learned was be prepared to adapt, don’t take an easy out. We have always kept in mind why and who we are here for and that is for all of you, our family. It may not be perfect, it may not be smooth and it may not be what we/you want BUT we can promise, we will continue to do our best to stay connected each and every week and if that looks different from time to time, we promise to make different look as perfect as we can, for each and every one of you.
