As we await gyms reopening and some normality, we will continue to work with AHS, GoA, AGF, ACA to ensure we get back into the gym as safely and as quickly as possible. We are headed in the right direction based off the encouraging news given in the updates this past week. We are looking forward to the updates at the end of this week and can’t wait to hopefully share positive news with all of you soon.

All that set aside. Spring is here and we wanted to celebrate with a colouring contest. You guys can print out our poster, add your creativity and email it back to us or drop off at the gym. Please ensure you add your name and phone number to the back of your colouring sheet so we can identify you. We will pick a winner at the end of next week (Friday) to get a cool gym gift pack. We hope you are all enjoying the outdoors and cant wait to see all your faces back in the gym.
