Jump into the excitement with our 1-1.5 hour (depending on level) gymnastics program! Packed with fun and energy, this dynamic session covers all the standard gymnastics events—vault, bars, beam, and floor. Open to the spirited ones aged 5 (turning 5 within the first week or two of the session start date), no exceptions!
Our CanGym program isn’t just gymnastics; it’s a progressive journey introducing kids to fitness and gymnastics fundamentals. We focus on building strength, flexibility, and confidence, emphasizing skills, form, and technique. Each level unlocks new progressions, with evaluations and recorded achievements in Uplifter. Expect a 15-minute warm-up & stretch, followed by group activities based on the coach’s daily plan.
Parents please keep in mind the more challenging levels may take a few sessions to pass.
