General Registration Terms
- All registrants are required to pay a $65.00 insurance/registration fee yearly.
- Classes subject to change upon registration.
Age Restrictions for Classes
- Children must be the appropriate age for the program you are registering them in prior to the start of the class**
**If your child doesn’t turn the appropriate age until part way through the session you cannot move them up to the older group.
Example: If your child is 2 for a class starting September 1st and their birthday is October 1st, you MUST register them in the 2 year old program even though they turn 3 during the session. Insurance regulations restrict us from having kids in the program who are not age appropriate.
General Grande Prairie Gymnastics Refund Policy
If Grande Prairie Gymnastics cancels your class due to enrollment or scheduling issues, you will receive a full refund with no additional administrative fees.
After your first class, GP Gymnastics maintains a No Refund Policy on all of our fees in order to ensure proper safety and staffing for our classes and events with the exception of medical or moving as outlined below.
In the unfortunate circumstance where a participant must withdraw from the program due to medical reasons, refund requests must be made in writing and accompanied with a medical note signed by a health practitioner. Medical refunds will be provided on a pro rated basis effective the day the letter and notice are submitted.
If a participant must withdraw due to moving further than 100kms from the GP Gymnastics Center, refund requests must be made in writing with proof of new address within seven (7) days of withdrawal from the program. The refund will be pro rated and is effective the day written notice is provided.
Please be advised: Insurance fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Full Year Programs – Refund Policy
If the enrolled program runs for 8 or more months, this is considered a Full Year Program.
If you wish to withdraw your child from their program, you MUST give your program coordinator a 30 day notice on the 1st day of the month. Your monthly instalments will cease the month following your notice and you will receive a refund for your initial payment of your last month. If you paid the program fee in full, you will receive a refund for the remainder of the year.
Failure to give a 30 day notice will result in your initial last month payment fee not being refunded.
Please be advised: Insurance fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

This includes:
- school’s out & PD day camps (including spring break and winter breaks)
- summer camps
