Program Highlights:

The Trampoline Gymnastics Program at Grande Prairie Gymnastics combines speed, precision, and power in a fun and challenging environment. Athletes build strong foundational skills while developing the strength, coordination, and body control needed to safely progress and reach new heights in the sport.

We offer two program pathways to support athletes at different stages of development: the F.A.S.T. (Foundational Acrobatic and Strength Training) pathway, which focuses on skill development and physical preparation, and our Pilot Competitive Program for athletes ready to begin training and competing in a more structured competitive environment.

FAST - Trampoline Gymnastics

FAST (Foundational Acrobatic and Strength Training) is a pre-competitive program designed to develop strong, well-rounded athletes. This program focuses on building foundational skills, strength, and confidence, preparing athletes to transition into the Canadian Provincial Program upon successful completion of all FAST levels.

Designed for athletes aged 6 and up, FAST introduces gymnasts to pre-competitive training in a fun and supportive environment while gradually incorporating the expectations and structure of a more disciplined program.

Competitve Program

Our Competitive Program is designed for athletes who are ready to advance their skills in a more structured training environment. Following Gymnastics Canada’s Canadian Pathways, the program focuses on developing strong technical fundamentals while supporting athletes as they progress toward higher-level skills and competitive opportunities. This program is currently in a pilot phase.

Program Highlights

FAST

Ready to fly high and add more structure to your training? FAST is a 10-month program with practices twice weekly, ranging from 1.5 hours to 2 hours each practice. 

Registration is ongoing throughout the season on a trial basis, in addition to annual try-outs held each June. If you are interested in registering mid-season, please email Nicole rec@gpgymnastics.com for more information.    

Competitive Program

This 12-month program is for athletes who are committed to advancing their skills and mastering technical excellence. Practices range from 1.5 to 3 hours multiple times a week.
