Hello everyone,

We wanted to let you know we are working on some pretty amazing online classes for you to take part in. Starting next week here is how it looks, we will be making adjustments and adding more week to week but next week’s lineup is looking awesome! A big shout out to the entire team on bringing this to life and we can’t wait to reconnect with everyone!

Classes will run around 45-60 minutes and will be live using ZOOM. That’s right, you will be live and be able to engage with the trainers. Zoom is easy to use; you can participate using your mobile or computer. For the classes you join, you will receive an email link the morning of with the access details, how it works and what you need to do.

To participate, you will need to have your AGF (Alberta Gymnastics Federation) insurance (for the current year) which you would have if you were registered with Grande Prairie Gymnastics and Cheerleading for the 2019/2020 season. If you do not have coverage, we can certainly set you up with it for the online classes.

We would LOVE your support in signing up for these classes with one of the options below. During these challenging times, we want to make sure we get back to all of you (however we can) sooner, rather than later and your support will make this happen.

o One Single Class: $7.00
o Two Classes per week (8/month – You pick classes): $20.00
o Unlimited Classes per week (Unlimited per month): $40.00

NOTE: We are still working out the bugs so if you pick a single class or the 2 classes per week, we will reach out to you to get your selection.
