Free To Be Me
Our Free To Be Me programs are for all children, teens, and adults with special needs.
Our coaches are fully trained and strive for:
- Inspiring excellence
- Encouraging greatness
- Creating fun for any child/adult of any ability.
The Free To Be Me program uses visual aids, and other sensory items/equipment to enhance and assist participants in achieving their goals. We also encourage any suggestions from the participants “team members”.

Child is in a class of approx. 6-8 children with other groups around. They will follow the routine, attempting the same skills as the rest of the group. Modifications will be made for their success. Interaction with peers is encouraged. It is required that for the first 3 classes, someone over the age of 16 (parent/guardian/aide) accompany the athlete to ensure their success in learning.

Special Needs Preschool
Special Needs Preschool is on Summer Break. Please come back and join us in September 2019.
Parents come with their child to experience a safe, quieter gym atmosphere. They are encouraged to explore and try the equipment, play games, interact with others and build on gross motor skills as well as problem solving skills.
When: Friday 12:45-1:45pm
Ages: 2-5 years.
Prices: $10 per visit + $5 insurance fee (annually)
Booking a Spot: Due to increased numbers in the drop-in program, we will now allow you to phone the morning of class to book a space in the drop-in program. You are not required to call ahead but you may be turned away if we reach our maximum number of participants.
Late Policy: If you are more than 5 minutes late for this program you will not be permitted to join (this is for safety and class organization).
Special Needs Teens & Adult Classes

A moderately structured program where individuals will learn to move independently, increase body awareness, develop social skills in a small group, foster self confidence, and enjoy the act of movement through various games. Each individual will have a goal to complete by the end of the 9 week session. An aide or parent is required for each participant.
When: Friday 2:00 – 2:45 pm & 3:00 – 3:30 pm
Price: $155.00 for 9 week session
Special Needs Private Lessons
Private and semi private lessons are always available: ½ hr or 45 min. increments

AGF Registration Fee
